Short Bio
Vyse is a heavy metal rock band from Chicago. Our sound combines elements of classic metal, thrash, speed, blues, and everything in between. Vyse is comprised of Alen Ademovic on guitar, Tyler Warren providing bass/vocals, Nathan Zihala on drums and Travis Steer lead vocals. They take pride in their craft and possess the utmost passion for their music. They strive to create music that they enjoy, and that means no complacency, no blind assimilation, and no restrictions.

We are a heavy metal rock band from Chicago that creates our own original music. Our sound could simply be called classic metal, descending from the likes of Metallica, Megadeth, Black Sabbath, Slayer or Pantera. However simple is boring, don't you think ? We really strive to create our own sound. A sound that combines elements of thrash, speed, blues, and everything in between. Our music is original and each song brings a distinct experience to our audience.
We are always looking for new venues where we can showcase our high energy performances. Whether it’s opening for national touring acts, headlining our own shows or filling a last minute line up spot Vyse is ready. So whether it’s 30 minutes or 2 hours Vyse can cover it.
We are local to the Chicago area so if your venue is near we are always ready to go. If your venue is outside of an 8 hour drive from Chicago then some planning may be involved but I’m sure we can get there.
We play heavy metal and hard rock. We are not death metal nor are we punk, although we can pair up quite well with any bands in that range. If you’re local to Chicago and book cover/tribute bands like Blackened, TNT, Hairbangers Ball, Lounge Puppets, Kashmir, My Metal Heart, LAVA Rock or Friction, your audiences will love our originals and our live show.
